Networking Party to welcome Occitanie delegation, led by President of Occitanie Region, Ms. Carole Delga, was held on Sep. 24th at Hotel Nagoya Castle, AICHI-NAGOYA. Occitanie region is the biggest core of aerospace industry in Europe, as headquarters of Airbus and its suppliers are clustered around the region. Companies, universities, and administrative bodies from both Occitanie and Aichi, exchanged each other and further strengthened relationship between two regions.
Prior to the party, the delegation visited Nagoya University to observe autonomous driving technology.
Opinion exchange also took place between Governor of Aichi Prefecture, Hideaki Ohmura and President of Occitanie region, Carole Delga.
Those events were based on MoU, signed last year between Aichi Prefecture and Occitanie Region.
